I love these shots that I got yesterday. His sweet little personality shines in these.
We got back late this afternoon. We had a beautiful week in Destin. The weather was perfect and there was not a cloud in the sky all week. I was so sad to come back to reality. Last night we did get a chance to get some beach pictures done. We only got dressed 3 of the 6 whole days we were there. We LIVED at the pool. Well here are a few of my two favorite subjects, Gracie and Paige. Paige lost 2 of her front teeth right before we left and I just love her smile! We did go to Destin with 2 other families. I'll post some of those later. As for all the emails and calls I got while I was gone, I'll get to work on those tomorrow. I've got a busy week scheduled already. I do have a few sessions left for the month of June.
So Long.....
I will be leaving for SUNNY (I hope) Destin, FL on Saturday. I will have my laptop with me so I can check my email. If you have an order ready for me, it's best to send me an email and I'll get it ordered for you when I return. As for my new website...well, it's still not ready. I PROMISE it's coming. I just want it to be perfect. I hope everyone has a great week and I'll see you when I get back.
Sorry. I had a friend call me yesterday and fuss at me because I haven't been blogging. I always wonder if people really read my ramblings. Well I have been busy. Last week was my last week of school and I've just been trying to catch up on some neglected housework and paperwork. My family and I are leaving this Saturday for a week in Destin, FL. I will be out of town from May 31-June 7. I will have my laptop with me if you have any questions. I placed my final order before my trip last night and I'll place another as soon as I get back. Here are a few of my favorites over the past week.
New Standouts
I know I talked about these months ago in my blog so here they are!!! I took these photos a few weeks ago of my daughters and when I saw them, I know they would be perfect for my new RED HAUTE (yes, that's the name of the color) wall in my kitchen. I am so proud of them. The new standouts are actual prints mounted to 1" gator board and sealed with either a black or white band around the edges. They come ready to hang and weigh almost nothing. I love them because they are just so clean looking. And the best part is you just nail a nail in the wall and hang them....That's my kind of home improvement. I've posted a few pics of my kitchen for you to see. Sizes range from 8x10 to 20x30.
8x10.......$75.00 11x14......$125.00 16x20......$150.00 20x30......$200.00 *A 20x30 size would make a fabulous collage print.
I had a great time this weekend shooting families! On Friday, I drove over to Brandon Park for a Three Generation Shoot. The boys did great and I love the shots that I got of the whole family. What a sweet family!
On Saturday, I had the pleasure of meeting sweet 6 day old Riley Grace. I drove over into Jackson and did this shoot in the couple's home. Riley Grace slept through most of our session but I got some priceless shots. Congratulations, you guys, as well as big brother Jackson.
I had the pleasure of photographing sweet baby Jacob yesterday for his first birthday shoot. I have so enjoyed watching him grow over the past year. He is so precious and his mom and dad are so much fun to be around, not to mention HUGE MSU Bulldog fans. We always laugh the whole time because we never know what Jacob will do next. Happy Birthday Sweetie......Mrs. Amy
I had so much fun last week with this sister and brother duo. We went to the park and had a blast. While I love doing babies and small children, I really would love to do older children as well. I think the ages of 7-16 are probably the least photographed and yet they probably show the most personality. I'm really wanting to add older children and even Seniors to my portfolio. If you are interested, please give me a call. I'll even throw in a free set of proofs ($85) for the first 3 that books a session.
